EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are a customer residing in the European Union, you may have certain rights under applicable consumer protection laws, including the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to applicable exceptions.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please email us at bellaloma@yahoo.com within 14 days of receiving your order and include:

• Your full name
• Order number
• The items you wish to return
• A clear statement that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal

Once we receive your request, we will provide return instructions.

Returned items must be sent back in their original condition whenever possible. Refunds will be processed after the returned merchandise has been received and inspected, less any deductions permitted by applicable law.

Please note that certain products may not be eligible for withdrawal rights where permitted by law, including personalized or custom-made items, perishable goods, sealed products that are not suitable for return once opened for health or hygiene reasons, and other exclusions allowed under applicable regulations.
