- 1 C Unsweetened Apple Sauce (organic is best)

2 C Oat Flour
Note: If you don't have oat flour, just throw some rolled oats in your blender until a fine powder is formed. - 3/4 C Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
